The Asian Civilisations Museum is a government-run cultural destination offering engaging, educational storytelling experiences designed for young learners. Based in the Sacramento, California area through local directory listings, the museum’s guided Storytelling Tours bring Asian stories to life—either through “Fantastic Creatures” for early childhood students or through moral values learned by listening to captivating tales from the past. Tours are led by volunteer docents who tailor the experience to the age group. The Storytelling Tour – Fantastic Creatures is suitable for K1 and K2 students (ages 5–6) and runs Mondays to Fridays, with sessions lasting approximately 45 minutes and limited to a maximum of 40 participants per session.
